Our Lady & St. Joseph's R.C. Church, Warwick Square, Carlisle
At the Cumberland Infirmary after a short illness courageously fought, on Wednesday 4th September 2024, Cristina aged 69 years. Beloved wife of Barry, much loved mother of Mercedes, Glenn and Sherrie, dearly loved mother-in-law of Haylie, Drew and Tony and loving grandma of 'The Tribe' also dearly missed by all of her family in the Philippines to whom she was a sister, sister-in-law and aunty.
Cristina will be greatly missed by the many people who knew her and will always be remembered for her sense of humour, kindness and infectious smile.
Cristina will be received into St. Margaret Mary's R.C. Church, Scalegate Road on Sunday 15th September at 6:00pm. Cristina will be transferred to Our Lady & St. Joseph's R.C. Church, Warwick Square, Carlisle for her Requiem Mass on Monday 16th September at 12:00 noon followed by interment in Stanwix Cemetery.
All friends are respectfully invited to attend. Flowers may be sent or donations in lieu, if so desired, to be divided between St. Margaret Mary's Church and Our Lady & St. Joseph's Church - these churches were very special places to Cristina where she practiced her strong Catholic faith and had many friends.
