All of our charges are broken down individually as are the third party fees (disbursements); these are the fees that we pay on the clients’ behalf to third party providers such as cemeteries, crematoria, clergy, officiant, doctors, florists etc.
We do not normally require any payment prior to the funeral service. This is at our discretion.
In most cases we will simply send a final account to the client after the funeral has been completed with all relevant charges on one itemised account.
Our Direct funeral options require full payment prior to completion of the service.
We accept payment by Cheque, Bank Transfer or Card Payment over the telephone or at our main branch at 78 Brook Street, Carlisle.
